Please maintain social distance (at least 6 feet apart). There is plenty of signage to guide you and to remind you to keep a safe distance from staff and customers. We will have floor markings in plalce along with clear, concise signage throughout our centres.

Please use our Sanitising Stations and hand gels when you first arrive and during your visit. We will also ask you to wipe down any equipment after use.

We have installed plastic protective shields at reception desks and around gym equipment to ensure our customers are able to maintain a safe social distance. All equipment will be spaced out to further ensure this.

Our teams will be carrying out regular cleaning and disinfection regimes throughout the day. We are also asking all customers to help us by cleaning each piece of equipment before and after their workout. Please be aware that changing facilities and showers will be closed during our initial re-opening phase

Our classes will be operating at reduced class sizes to comply with industry guidance

During swimming lessons, we will have reduced spectators / spectator management capacity in order to ensure maximum safety for our customers
